Pray, Believe, and Watch God Move
Hey Sis! Be persistent in prayer concerning your children. Before you know it, they’ll be walking in what you prayed for. Be not weary if you don’t see it today. Simply declare: “It’s already done!” 1 Thessalonians 5:17 – “Pray without ceasing.” As mothers, we always want what’s best for our children. When we see them heading down the wrong path, it’s natural for us to step in and try to protect them from the world and its influences. But I came to understand that while I couldn’t keep my children out of the world, I could pray for them while they were in it. I often prayed God’s Word over my children. One of the declarations I made was, “My children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of my children.” (Isaiah 54:13) I also prayed, “My children will love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength, and they will love their neighbor as themselves.” (Mark 12:30-31) Another prayer I repeated often was that my children would be so on fire for God that t...
